Important: All "fulfillments" on this platform are considered charitable donations. We ensure 100% of your gift value reaches the intended child through our partner networks.

Acknowledge that all fulfilled wishes are final and non-refundable.

Donation & Gift Policy

Wish Basket operates on a strictly transparent model. When you "Fulfill a Wish":

Verification

Each kit is hand-verified by our partner organizations (e.g., Al-Mustafa Welfare) before delivery.

Finality

Due to the nature of physical gift distribution, donations cannot be refunded once processed.

Limitation of Liability

Wish Basket and its partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the distribution of gifts by third-party welfare organizations. We act as a coordination and transparency layer between donors and institutional welfare partners.
